All domestic pre-orders placed on golfwang.com will ship using UPS Mail Innovations, USPS Ground Advantage, or USPS Media Mail. Once you receive shipping information, click here to track your shipment on UPS or here to track your order on USPS.
Golf Wang ships to all 50 states. Shipping rates and times will vary. Domestic taxes where applicable and will be presented upon check-out.
All CHERRY BOMB 10 YEAR box sets and music will ship in summer 2025.

Shipping times will vary and split shipments are possible. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to deliver once you have received a shipping notification.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
To cancel an order, please contact Customer Support here. You will be notified when your order is canceled.
If an order cancellation was processed back to the original form of payment, please allow up to 8-10 business days for the refund process. If your refund has not been received within that time frame, please contact Customer Support.
Canceling an order is only possible before it reaches the packing or shipment phase. Any items marked as final sale cannot be canceled.
Once your order has been placed and your payment has successfully been processed, individual items can’t be edited. If you would like to edit your order, please request an order cancelation here and submit a new order on golfwang.com.
INVOLUNTARY RETURNS
If your order is involuntarily returned back to the warehouse, customers will be notified via email used at checkout. Customers have 5-7 business days to respond to the notification regarding if you would prefer to receive a refund in the form of store credit or if you would like us to re-ship your order. Please allow up to 7-14 days for processing and reshipment your new order.

Golf Wang accepts most major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Golf Wang also accepts payment via Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal. Golf Wang e-gift cards and store credit can also be redeemed at checkout.

1. CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR MY ORDER?
Please double check that all of your account and order information is correct BEFORE you complete checkout. We are unable to accommodate address changes once a label has been created and tracking information has been sent to the customer.

2. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to register and update into the courier’s system.
3. WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has been processed your order ID will appear on your confirmation page. You will also receive an email confirmation with you order ID number.
